Desirée's Tips: How to Amuse Yourself in a Small Apartment

Faced with a problem experienced by many house rabbits (lack of new and different toys), I have come up with a solution I'd like to share:

Tissue boxes.

We have a very nice apartment in a very nice building, but, face it, it's not the size of the Taj Mahal and after a very short while you run out of things to amuse yourself with.

While I have lots of things I'm supposed to be playing with, like cardboard boxes and oatmeal containers and willow balls made from untreated sticks, it's much more fun and daring to pinch things you're not supposed to have in the first place.

So, when no one was looking, I reached up to the end table and pulled off a box of tissue that was just begging to be nibbled at. It was fun for a whole morning, and lucky for me the folks here all suffer from allergies so there are loads of new boxes to choose from every day.
